June 1st 2020, we will be putting the following procedures in place to keep both you and the staff here at Little Hay Cattery safe while still being able to operate.
For this period, we cannot allow clients into any of the cattery buildings, but we have allocated a designated area for drop off and collection. We ask that payment is made by cash or cheque in a sealed envelope with your cats belongings, along with any other paperwork that we require for their stay (vaccination certificates and admin pack), this is so that we can eliminate contact between staff and clients.
On arrival to the cattery, we ask that you kindly follow the instructions below:
- Use the hand sanitizer provided - Press the call button on the walkie talkie - Place your cat and their belongings (including payment) and any paperwork in the drop off zone - Stand back and wait for assistance to arrive - We will then take your cat/cats and settle them in as usual - This is the procedure to be followed on both arrival and collection
We are sorry that it has to be this way as we do love hearing about your exciting destinations and the fun you have had on your travels. We also understand that you like to say your goodbyes and settle the cats in. At this given time, we cannot permit that and must look out for one another. The cattery is often the next port of call after the airport so we must be vigilant with our social distancing and hygiene in order to continue.
If you have any concerns, please contact a member of the Little Hay Cattery team on 01543 484334, we will be more then happy to discuss.
Keep safe and best wishes,The team at Little Hay Cattery
