However, if you collect before 10am, we will not charge you for the final day of your cat’s booked stay. Although you are welcome to collect your cat before the scheduled collection date, we cannot give discounts to reflect the unused portion of the stay. This is because we plan our occupancy and staffing levels in order to accommodate your cat for the full span of dates requested, and we still have to bear the associated costs even if you pick your cat up early.

Although our prices are consistent and our service does not include any hidden costs, our technology is not infallible, so we cannot guarantee that the Bill Calculator will be 100% accurate in all cases.
You may be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total bill during busy periods or long stays. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please give us at least 14 days notice. You can either email us at email@example.com or call us on 01543 484 334 or 07812 816 992.
A cancellation fee of 30% of the total bill will be charged if you fail to give us notice within this period. Cancellations can be made in writing (either by email or letter) and if applicable, a cancellation invoice will be sent out. Payments for cancellations can be made by cash or cheque, alternatively you can call us to request bank details.
